Refund and cancellation policy

Try it before you pay

Every visitor can run a free visibility check before buying anything. It uses the same engines and the same reporting as a paid check, on fewer buyer questions. We ask you to run it first so you know exactly what you are buying.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on plans or credit packs. Because the free check shows you the product before you pay, we ask you to use it first. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The period you have already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.

If something went wrong

This part is not discretionary. If a check or an audit fails, the credits go straight back to your balance automatically. If we charged you for work we never delivered, we refund it in full. If the service is faulty, unavailable for a sustained period, or not what we described, contact us and we will put it right.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer guarantees. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• For a major failure, you can choose a refund or to have the service supplied again, and you can claim compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time, and if that does not happen, to cancel and get a refund of the unused portion.

How to ask for a refund

Email whenbuyersask@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and what happened. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
